BREAKING: Biden Impeachment News – He’s LIVID

(The Post Millennial) – Republican leadership at a recent gathering has brought up exploring possible plans for impeaching President Joe Biden if the right-wing takes back control of Congress after November’s upcoming midterm elections.

Recent polling of how voters are feeling about the Biden administration so far this year indicates a strong likelihood of a “red wave.”

The Washington Times got the scoop on this story while attending a Republican meeting held in Florida. “I think that’s definitely a discussion we have to have,” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) told the DC-based conservative outlet.

It’s explained that Jordan is expected to have control over the House Judiciary Committee if Republicans sweep this year’s midterm elections. That’s the panel in charge of coordinating the impeachment process.

While places like The New York Times have attempted to keep eyes on former President Donald Trump’s role, the results of a Pew Research survey posted on Thursday indicate 71 percent of Republican voters are ready to vote in the 2022 midterms for a Congress that is “against Biden.”

Jordan reiterated the need for party unity in the House of Representatives to successfully impeach Biden. “The conference has to decide. You have to have complete buy-in from the entire conference and the leadership of our conference.”

The situation in the House of Representatives is a difference of Republicans winning five seats, whereas the US Senate is equally split between Democrats and Republicans. The only sliver of the majority held by the left is because Vice President Kamala Harris can be a tiebreaker vote when required.

This paper-thin state of affairs in Washington, DC, for the 2022 election cycle was highlighted last October in a Vanity Fair piece. The mood of the moment at the time was how Democrat breakaways like Senators Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin exposed the weaknesses of the progressive party.

Biden’s massive “Build Back Better” agenda proposals had inadvertently galvanized Republican Party unity and turned centrists.

Democrats in the House of Representatives, under House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s direction, moved to impeach Trump twice during his former administration.

As The Dallas Morning News reported at the beginning of this year, Texas Senator Ted Cruz is likely on board with impeaching Biden.

“And because the Democrats decided this is just another tool in the partisan war chest, I think there’s a real risk that that turnabout will be fair play […] whether it’s justified or not,” the Republican senator said on his podcast.

The strongest basis for this in Cruz’s estimation is how the Biden White House dealt with the issue of immigration throughout 2021 and now going into 2022.

The ongoing United States – Mexico border crisis is an issue that both Jordan and Cruz claim shows a failure for the current Biden administration.

Recent reports indicate tens of thousands of migrants are coming through Texas from Central America on the belief that Biden is getting rid of Title 42.

Immigration policy isn’t the only approach that Republicans have considered for impeachmend. In the aftermath of Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, efforts were made to file articles of impeachment on that basis.
