Saturday night, just after 11:30 pm, a fatality occurred. A 36-year-old man was shot while in a vehicle sitting in Pullman. An individual walked up to a car where a man was sitting and opened fire, striking him multiple times. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Police apprehended 28-year-old Martinas Norvel, and he was “charged with unlawful use of a weapon.” He was then released “on his own recognizance.”
