(SNews) – The World Health Organization (WHO) has just taken huge steps to advance its plans to roll out global digital vaccine passports.
The United Nations health body is reportedly adopting the system behind the European Union’s vaccine passports.
The unelected EU Commission says that the WHO will utilize the system to usher in global digital vaccine passports.
According to the EU Commission eurocrats, the digital Covid vaccine certification system will “better protect citizens” from “health threats” and “make travel easier” during the next pandemic.

The EU confirmed the news in a press release.
The WHO’s vaccine passports will be “a global system that will help facilitate global mobility and protect citizens across the world from ongoing and future health threats,” the statement claims.

“In June 2023, WHO will take up the European Union (EU) system of digital COVID-19 certification to establish a global system that will help facilitate global mobility and protect citizens across the world from ongoing and future health threats,” the statement reads.
“This is the first building block of the WHO Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN) that will develop a wide range of digital products to deliver better health for all.
“Based on the EU Global Health Strategy and WHO Member States Global Strategy on Digital Health, the initiative follows the 2 December 2022 agreement signed by Commissioner Kyriakides and WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus to enhance strategic cooperation on global health issues.”
