(CBrief) – Former President Donald Trump is now leading his likely 2024 rival, Joe Biden, in five of six battleground states, and by significant margins, as black voters switch parties and most others fret about the current president’s age.

“Trump leads Biden by a whopping 10 points in Nevada, six points in Georgia, five points in both Arizona and Michigan, and four points in Pennsylvania. Biden’s sole lead is in Wisconsin, where he beats Trump by two points,” Fox News reported, citing a New York Times-Siena College poll released Sunday.

Biden beat Trump in each of those states in 2020. But now, combined, Trump leads Biden 48-44 percent in those states.

Fox News adds:

The polling attributes Biden’s poor showing to a devastating lack of confidence due to his age. Voters said they trusted Trump to better handle the economy, foreign policy and immigration.

Trump’s performance also came thanks to unprecedented levels of support from black voters, with a record 22% of the demographic siding with him over Biden across the six states, according to NYT.

Trump currently holds a commanding lead in the 2024 Republican Presidential primary, with his closest competitors dozens of points below him.

“The Outlaws” podcast co-host Darvio Morrow took to the X platform to note that, according to the polling data, Trump got 22 percent of the black vote in the poll.

“Black voters — long a bulwark for Democrats and for Mr. Biden — are now registering 22 percent support in these states for Mr. Trump, a level unseen in presidential politics for a Republican in modern times,” he quoted the Times as saying.

“In a remarkable sign of a gradual racial realignment between the two parties, the more diverse the swing state, the farther Mr. Biden was behind, and he led only in the whitest of the six,” the Times added.

“A BRUTAL poll for Biden,” Morrow wrote in the post. “You’d have to go back to Richard Nixon in 1960 to see the last time a National Republican got anywhere close to those numbers with Black voters. “The world is falling apart under Biden,” Spencer Weiss, a 53-year-old electrical substation specialist in Pennsylvania, told The NY Times. He then added that he was flipping his 2020 vote away from Biden.

“I would much rather see somebody that I feel can be a positive role model leader for the country. But at least I think Trump has his wits about him,” Weiss added.

The poll found that 71 percent of respondents believe Biden, currently 80 and soon to be 81, is too old to be effective.

Another poll released late last month had Trump smiling as well.

According to a new PRRI Research/Ipsos survey, Trump is gliding past President Joe Biden in some of the most important swing states, roughly a year out from the 2024 election. The poll found Biden edging past Trump in a national two-person race, 48–46 percent, with 6 percent saying they did not prefer either candidate, according to Breitbart News.

“However, Trump has a clear advantage over Biden in key swing states such as Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, leading Biden by a difference of six points—49 percent to the 80-year-old’s 43 percent,” the outlet added, citing the survey’s results.

Previous surveys have also shown Trump leading Biden in the critical swing states.

Voters in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin were polled by Bloomberg/Morning Consult, and their results showed that Trump was ahead of Biden by 4 percentage points due to widespread disapproval of the vice president’s handling of the economy.

(CBrief) – A segment of “The Five” got heated again last week after co-hosts Jesse Watters and the panel’s lone liberal, Jessica Tarlov, squared off after she claimed a $200,000 check written to Joe by his brother Jim Biden on March 1, 2018, was not a “smoking gun” linking him to international business dealings.

The co-hosts played a clip of newly elected House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) saying that Republicans believe the father of Hunter Biden and other relatives were all involved in unsavory and potentially illicit business dealings, adding that the GOP-led House could subpoena Hunter very soon to testify about their claims.

“Jessica and her ilk for years have said, ‘Well, you don’t have money going directly into Joe Biden’s bank account.’ All right, so now we have a check for $200,000 from one company through the brother to Joe’s bank account,” Watters said to begin the segment.

“Ok, you still say that that’s not from overseas. That was a loan. Ok, OK. What happens if the next check originates somewhere really bad, Jessica? And I mean really bad?” he continued.

“And it goes through Hunter or James, and it goes directly into Joe Biden’s checking account? Is that your smoking gun? Is that your smoking gun, Jessica? Because, as you said, that was a smoking gun if money went from overseas directly into Joe Biden’s bank account. If a check comes out at some point from that avenue, is that a smoking gun?” Watters asked as the segment already began to get heated.

“Ok, so two things —” Tarlov began before Watters immediately shot back, “Yes or no?”

“No,” Tarlov said.

“It’s not? Woah, woah, woah. Jessica! For a year, you said, ‘The money never hit his bank account.’ What if I have a check that hits his bank account that comes from overseas? Is that not a smoking gun?” Watters demanded to know.

Tarlov then attempted to respond, but Watters cut her off as he continued to explode.

“Someone help me out,” she pleaded with her co-hosts as Watters continued interrupting. “Ok, if, uh, uh, uh, Ok —”

Tarlov finally got the chance to explain that the check the panel had been discussing was dated 2018, before Biden was president.

“Is he in elected office, and did he do something about it? So, that check, that 2018 check, was when he was not doing anything except hanging around, and there was an explanation for it. So if you get a check, then you can connect that to an action that he took,” Tarlov said.

“Oh, no, not to an action that he took! That was just an action that he took. Because before you said none of the money from overseas went into his checking account—” Watters began before Tarlov jumped in and said, “That’s not true!”

“So now it’s an action?” Watters demanded.

“You are yelling, and there’s no reason for it,” Tarlov complained.

“There’s a reason,” Watters continued. “I was promised a smoking gun, and if I deliver a smoking gun, you have to admit that gun was smoking.”

Meanwhile, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) essentially put Biden and members of his family on notice this week about what they can expect to see from him and other GOP leaders very soon.

In an interview with Newsmax TV host Eric Bolling, the Kentucky Republican said that the Biden family could soon expect to see some subpoenas requesting information regarding alleged influence-peddling schemes that extend back more than a decade.

Comer told Bolling that overall, Americans who want to see the Bidens held to account are “going to be very satisfied with the next step.”

“We built a case that will win in court, and we’ve made it all the way to the personal bank records of the Bidens,” Comer said.

“So now that we can trace the money, we have enough bank records that we can bring the Bidens in,” Comer said. “So we’re preparing everything now to be able to serve them and try to bring them in. We’ve got a couple more bank statements that need to come in first, but when that all comes in, it should be in a matter of days.”

(SNews) – An illegal alien has been arrested in Texas after authorities caught the Jordanian national “studying how to build bombs” to launch a terror attack against Jewish-American people.

The illegal, 20-year-old Sohaib Abuayyash, was reportedly training to target Jews in a possible attack on U.S. soil.

The case was cited by FBI Director Chris Wray as an example of the increased risk of terror attacks in the United States.

“We’ve already seen that with the individual we arrested last week in Houston who had been studying how to build bombs and posted online his support for killing Jews,” Wray said during a congressional hearing this week.

FOX 26 reportedly confirmed from an FBI source that Wray was referring to Abuayyash.

Publicly filed court documents show Abuayyash was in the country illegally.

According to court documents obtained by the TV station, the Jordanian national first arrived in the U.S. as a minor on June 2, 2016, on a B2 tourism visa.

He left the country about two months later.

However, Abuayyash later returned to America illegally.

According to the report, he used false documents to enter the country before claiming asylum.

He was recently granted permission to work in the U.S. under Democrat President Joe Biden’s immigration policies.

“Using a Palestine passport, Abuayyash returned to the United States in June 2019,” FOX 26 stated.

“In January 2020, Abuayyash applied for an Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal, which is still pending.

“In August 2023, Abuayyash was approved for an employment authorization in the United States, allowing him to work in the U.S. until August 1, 2025.

“Abuayyash’s immigration status doesn’t allow him to possess or use firearms or ammunition.”

Abuayyash was arrested in the Houston area in October for unlawful possession of a firearm, according to federal court documents.

A public defender for Abuayyash declined to comment to Fox News Digital.

He previously allegedly posted several images and videos of him training with firearms on social media accounts.

According to CBS News, the judge’s order that detained him states that he hopes to fight in support of the terrorist group Hamas.

Abuayyash “has made statements that he wants to go to Gaza to fight,” the judge noted.

Meanwhile, Wray revealed Tuesday that the FBI is not currently tracking any credible threats against the U.S. from terrorist groups.

“Here in the United States our most immediate concern is that violent extremist individuals or small groups will draw inspiration from the events in the Middle East to carry out attacks against Americans going about their daily lives,” Wray said, according to Houston Public Media.

(SNews) – Democrat President Joe Biden’s so-called “Artificial Intelligence Czar” Kamala Harris has delivered a conflicting speech about the rapidly emerging technology.

Vice President Harris, whom one would assume should be an AI expert for the role, delivered a speech about artificial intelligence at the US Embassy in London.

Her address came one day before the VP was due to represent the US at the UK’s AI Safety Summit on Thursday.

During her speech, Harris touted AI by insisting that it can be used to help fight the globalists’ so-called “climate crisis.”

However, elsewhere in her comments, Harris also warned that “AI-enabled mis- and disinformation” is an “existential” threat to “democracy.”

Harris’s appearance at the summit comes shortly after the Biden administration pushed new policies to “regulate” AI.

As Slay News reported earlier this week, Biden signed an executive order that forces tech companies to program Marxist ideology into AI.

The White House announced the order on Monday, claiming the order seeks to regulate the emerging AI industry.

However, buried in the order is a provision that stipulates that AI must help to advance the leftist agenda.

The order mandates that AI must be programmed with a foundation based on “equity.”

Not to be confused with “equality,” the Left’s “equity” agenda is based on Marxism.

Whereas “equality” teaches that everybody should be treated equally, no matter their race or sex, “equity” asserts that people should be treated differently depending on their skin color, “gender identity,” or mental state.

Under the “equity” ideology, for example, a transgender would be given advantages, such as securing a college scholarship or being offered a job, over a normal person.

She then urged stakeholders to “consider and address the full spectrum of AI risk” to “make sure that AI is truly safe.”

Harris also noted that the Biden-Harris White House has been working closely with large artificial intelligence companies to “establish a minimum baseline of responsible AI practices.”

She described these practices as “an initial step toward a safer AI future with more to come” and pushed for new legislation.

UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who was the key driver of the UK’s AI Summit, has claimed that AI brings new “dangers” and “risks” and vowed to make the UK “a global leader in safe AI.”

The goals of his UK AI Summit are also geared around safety, with its aims being to “consider the risks of AI” and “discuss how they can be mitigated through internationally coordinated action.”

The Group of Seven (G7), the United Nations (UN), and the European Union (EU) have also announced various efforts that feature buzzwords like safety and push for stronger global AI governance.

After her address, Harris refused to take any questions from the press.

Opportunities for reporters to ask the “AI Czar” simple questions like “What is artificial intelligence?” or “How does the technology work?” were, therefore, blocked.

(SNews) – Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) has suggested that Congress will soon make an announcement regarding the impeachment inquiry into Democrat President Joe Biden.

On Thursday, Johnson said that House Republicans are nearing a “point of decision” in Biden’s impeachment inquiry.

During a press conference, the speaker told reporters that he would not “predetermine” an outcome for the probe.

The inquiry is looking into whether Biden and his family are steeped in corruption.

Lawmakers have been examining the evidence such as bank statements showing suspicious money transfers from foreign business dealings.

“But I do believe that very soon we are coming to a point of decision on it,” Johnson said.

He added that the impeachment inquiry phase is an “important step” in ensuring due process.

Johnson was elected House speaker a little more than one week ago.

Former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) announced the impeachment inquiry in mid-September.

Biden is currently running for a second term in the White House and his allies have denied that the president committed any wrongdoing.

They claim that Republicans are trying to serve up “red meat” for the base, despite the overwhelming evidence.

Republicans have issued subpoenas for bank records tied to Biden family members.

They have also held one hearing on the “basis” for the inquiry.

Members of Congress have reportedly considered bribery and abuse of power charges against Biden.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) is tasked with leading the endeavor.

Comer recently told conservative political commentator Benny Johnson his work has reached the “downhill phase” and he aims to “wrap it up as soon as possible.”

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO) are also coordinating with Comer on the case.

Johnson said Comer, Jordan, and Smith have done an “extraordinary” and methodical job “outside the scope of politics.”

The speaker noted that he has a background as a constitutional law attorney and was called upon to serve on the defense team when former President Donald Trump faced impeachment over Ukraine and later the 2020 election “when the Democrats used it for raw partisan political purposes.”

“I decried that at each step of the way,” he added.

“The reason is because impeachment power in the Constitution — in the House specifically — next to a declaration of war, you could argue, it’s the … heaviest power that we have.

“And it cannot be wielded for political purposes.”

(SNews) – Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) has promoted the false claim that President Donald Trump “participated in insurrection,” which the congressman claims disqualifies him from running in the 2024 election.

While engaging in an insurrection is one of the few reasons listed in the U.S. Constitution that would disqualify a person from running for president, Trump has never “participated” in such a crime, as Raskin deceitfully claimed on national television.

On Tuesday, Raskin appeared on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut” to promote this lie.

During the segment, Reid and her guests, Raskin and legal scholar Laurence Tribe, pushed the false narrative that the events at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, were an “insurrection” that Trump “participated” in.

Raskin said, “The hard question is not should the courts end up deciding because the courts will have to decide this because it’s a Constitutional question.

“The hard part is, did he engage in insurrection or rebellion?

“That’s the hard part for some people.

“Is incitement to insurrection participating in insurrection?

“The House of Representatives already impeached him for inciting insurrection.

“57 of 100 senators voted to determine that he did engage in incitement to insurrection, so you have robust bipartisan, bicameral majorities defining that as a legislative fact.”

“But I think the alternative argument will be no, you need a criminal conviction first,” Raskin added.

“It’s not enough to show that it happened.

“And you know, against that, I would simply say, the language of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment says that you can’t run for office if you have sworn an oath to the Constitution, but then you participated in insurrection rebellion.

“It doesn’t say if you have been convicted of insurrection or rebellion.

“But I think that that will become really the heart of the legal argument.”

“Donald Trump tried to overthrow Constitutional democracy,” the Democrat former “impeachment manager” continued.

“And the Constitution has a mechanism for dealing with that which is a very strongly pro-democratic mechanism.

“It says this is a big country, a lot of people can be president.

“You don’t have to go back to somebody who has already proven himself to be untrustworthy by being disloyal to the Constitution and trying to overthrow the constitutional order.”

(TStarnes) – House lawmakers voted Wednesday to kill a resolution censuring Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) for her harsh criticisms of Israel in the wake of Hamas’s deadly attacks last month.

By the end of the vote, 23 Republicans, joined by all Democrats, in favor of a procedural motion that blocked the disciplinary resolution from reaching the floor. The final tally was 222 to 186.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) introduced the censure resolution last week that accuses Tlaib of displaying “antisemitic activity” and “leading an insurrection” at the U.S. Capitol, referring to a demonstration last week when pro-Palestinian protesters rallied outside members’ offices to call for a ceasefire in Gaza.

More than 100 of the protesters were arrested, with a handful being charged with assaulting police officers, according to the U.S. Capitol Police.

“Rashida Tlaib is the most pro-terrorist, pro-Hamas, anti-Israel, antisemitic member of Congress,” Greene said.

The Republicans voting with Democrats include Buck, Armstrong, Duarte, Edwards, Griffith, Grothman, Hageman, Huizenga, Issa, Johnson, LaMalfa, Massie, McClintock, McCormick, Miller (OH), Miller-Meeks, Moolenaar, Roy, Austin Scott, Spartz, Turner, Van Orden, and Walberg.

“I defend freedom of speech even when I disagree with people,” Representative Victoria Spartz, Republican of Indiana, told The New York Times. “She added that she had defended Ms. Greene and Ms. Tlaib, among others, “when sometimes they say crazy stuff.”

(TStarnes) – An Arizona school teacher has been placed on leave after he dressed up like the devil and told students, “Hail Satan.”

Nathaniel Hamlet, a student in the class, told television station News 12 that the teacher wore devil horns and carried a pitchfork. It happened at Mesa High School.

The unidentified teacher waved the pitchfork over the head of every student as they entered the room and said, “Hail Satan.”

“I said, ‘Don’t do that to me’ and I pushed the pitchfork away maybe three or four times and he still said it and still did it,” the teenager said.

Nathaniel, who is a devout Christian, told his father about the incident and all you-know-what broke loose.

“I was livid because I am a Christian as well,” Chris Hamlet told the television station. “What really tipped it over for me is, he kept telling him no, and the teacher kept persisting.”

Nathaniel’s dad posted a detailed account of the incident on social media, accusing the school system of “hypersexualizing, indoctrinating and grooming” students.

Can someone please tell me how it makes sense that we vote ‘yes’ for a bond and override so that they can continue to have this evil and incompetence permeate in our public schools?? You have to be the dumbest person on the planet to vote ‘yes’ on this bond and override election coming up, or thoroughly corrupt. We cannot give them more money to keep doing what they are doing! VOTE THE BONDS AND OVERRIDES DOWN IN ALL PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN ARIZONA! THESE BONDS AND OVERRIDES ARE NOT NEEDED, IT IS A PEOPLE AND BUDGETING PROBLEM, NOT A MONEY PROBLEM. THEY ONLY FUND THE INDOCTRINATION, HYPERSEXUALIZATION, AND GROOMING OF OUR CHILDREN!!

Mesa Public Schools released a statement saying they were investigating the incident. The teacher has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome.
