(Slay News) – Ashely Biden’s leaked diary revealed that “my dad,” Democrat President Joe Biden, may have played a role in her being sexualized at a young age, according to reports.
However, the big news for America’s corporate media is that it might have been criminal for someone else to possess the sordid autobiographical details.
The FBI is now reportedly investigating a Florida woman who found Ashley Biden’s diary in a rental home and sold it to a Right-wing investigative group.
In the diary, Joe Biden’s daughter writes that “showers w/ my dad (probably not appropriate)” might have played a role in her sex addiction as an adult.
She also states that it may be linked to her being “hyper-sexualized [at] a young age” which allegedly involved another family member as a child, according to the U.K.’s Daily Mail.
Considering “dad” is President Joe Biden, the chief executive and leader of the party which has made drag queens and classroom discussions on sexuality a political rallying point, this is rather significant.
A source close to the investigation told the Daily Mail that Aimee Harris is under investigation for allegedly selling Biden’s diary to Project Veritas for $40,000 in 2020.
Harris found the diary under a mattress while staying in a house rented from a friend in Florida several weeks after Biden stayed there.
“The feds now aren’t saying it was illegal to find the diary,” the source told the Daily Mail.
“Nor are they saying Aimee stole anything.”
“But it’s her selling the property of another that could be considered a crime,” the source adds.
“And the fact Ashley is the president’s daughter kicks it to a different legal level.”
Harris, while in a custody battle, moved into the rented home of her former boyfriend in July 2020.
She had asked to stay with him while she was struggling financially in the legal battle.
Harris’ former boyfriend was also a friend of Biden, who also stayed at the house and had left for Pennsylvania some weeks before.
Biden had reportedly made an arrangement before leaving to store some of her belongings at the house and to pick them up at a later date.
Harris discovered Biden’s diary. In August, she contacted Robert Kurlander, a friend and convicted money-launderer, about the diary and the two reportedly decided to try and sell it.
The diary later reportedly made an appearance at a GOP fundraiser in Jupiter, Florida, and was shown off to attendees.
Project Veritas became aware of the diary, and a week after the fundraiser, Harris, and Kurlander flew to Washington, D.C., to meet with Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe.
While no deal for the diary was struck at the time, Project Veritas later reportedly agreed to purchase the diary for $40,000.
The Right-wing guerrilla journalist group never published Biden’s diary.
O’Keefe said that he made the “ethical” decision not to publish it because Project Veritas could not authenticate it.
Veritas investigators did attempt to, including reportedly having one investigator call Biden herself and pose as someone who wished to return the diary to her.
An investigator was also sent to Florida to attempt to authenticate it.
Project Veritas told a judge that O’Keefe sent an email to some Project Veritas employees on October 12 that “We have no doubt the [diary] is real.”
He said that publishing it, though, would be “characterized as a cheap shot.”
Project Veritas is facing federal scrutiny for its role in the diary fiasco.
FBI agents raided the residences of O’Keefe and two others who were working for Project Veritas at the time.
The bureau began investigating the group for its role in allegedly stealing the diary.
(Slay News) – Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., said she will take legal action against a Democrat political action committee (PAC) that smeared her by claiming, without evidence, she was an “unlicensed paid escort.”
She said: “Partisan organizations putting out blatantly false and disgusting accusations won’t stop me from advancing freedom and conservative values. This group’s vile conduct demonstrates why people are fed up with politics.
“I am not going to stand by and pretend this is normal behavior. This political committee, funded by far-left Democrat donors and run by two left-wing political operatives, published pages of false statements knowing they were completely fabricated.
“The law on this type of defamation is clear and this conduct will be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
David Wheeler, the president of the American Muckrakers PAC, said t the “one person that can answer all of these questions is Lauren Boebert” before adding they “stand behind” their source.
Boebert’s attorney, John Anderson, wrote to Wheeler:
“We have irrefutable evidence that each one of these statements is patently false.
“You knew this though.
“Muckrakers published these outlandish statements knowing they were fabricated but you likely operated under the inaccurate assumption that publishing false statements against a public figure would not create legal liability.
“This will be a costly miscalculation for Muckrakers, Wheeler and Muckrakers’ donors.
“In addition to the civil defamation claims that will be filed, Muckrakers’ actions are criminally liable.
I will not let these false smears from left wing political operatives go unanswered.

“Colorado statute expressly prohibits the circulation of ‘knowingly or recklessly’ false information meant to influence an election.

The press release accuses Boebert of working as an “unlicensed escort” for the sugar daddy website and that she met Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, when hired by a “Koch family member” in Aspen, Colorado.
The release also claimed the congresswoman had a pair of abortions and said that the allegations came from an anonymous source.
Additionally, the release included heavily redacted text messages where the PAC staffer appeared to lead the unknown person on the other end to suggest Boebert was blackmailing Cruz for political backing as well as photos of a woman the PAC claimed to be Boebert from her sugar daddy website page.
(Slay News) – Disgraced mainstream media star Michael Avenatti pleaded guilty today to five felony crimes. He faces a maximum of 83 years in prison for these five counts. He has no deal with prosecutors on these counts.
Avenatti still faces a total of 31 more charges – six wire fraud charges, 18 tax-related charges, two counts of bank fraud. In total, he faces over 300 years in prison. Judge Selna scheduled sentencing for Sept. 19 at 9 a.m. DOJ issued a statement that said:
“Michael Avenatti pleaded guilty today to five felony offenses and admitted that he engaged in a scheme to defraud four of his legal clients. Avenatti, who has been suspended by the State Bar of California, specifically pleaded guilty to four counts of wire fraud – each related to one of four matters in which he embezzled money that should have been paid to clients – and one count of endeavoring to obstruct the administration of the Internal Revenue Code.
“United States District Judge James V. Selna scheduled a sentencing hearing for September 19. As a result of today’s guilty pleas, Avenatti faces a statutory maximum sentence of 83 years in federal prison.
“Avenatti admitted guilt in each of the four legal matters discussed in a federal grand jury indictment that charged him with embezzling money from clients.
Katzenstein said regarding the tax count, Avenatti must admit he acted corruptly. Avenatti says, "Your honor, I admit I acted corruptly in connection with count 19." Selna: "Do you understand the technical meaning of a corrupt act?" Avenatti: "Yes, your honor."
“Avenatti admitted that he engaged in the conduct charged in the four counts of the indictment, which includes receiving money on behalf of clients into client trust accounts, misappropriating the money, and lying to the clients about receiving the money or, in one case, claiming that the money had already been sent to the client.
“The charge of endeavoring to obstruct the administration of the Internal Revenue Code is one of 19 tax-related offenses in the indictment.
“In relation to the tax count he pleaded guilty to today, Avenatti admitted that he corruptly obstructed and impeded the IRS’s efforts to collect unpaid payroll taxes, which the government estimates amount to approximately $5 million and include payroll taxes that he been withheld from the paychecks of employees of the Avenatti-owned company that operated Tully’s Coffee.
“After pleading guilty today, Avenatti still faces a total of 31 counts – six wire fraud charges, 18 tax-related charges, two counts of bank fraud related to alleged false statements he made in an attempt to obtain loans from a federally insured financial institution, one count of aggravated identity theft for misusing the name of a tax preparer in relation to the bank fraud scheme, and four counts of bankruptcy fraud related to alleged false statements he made after his law firm was forced into bankruptcy.
“The government is reviewing the case to determine how it will move forward after today’s guilty pleas.
“In the event that the government elects to proceed on the remaining counts, Judge Selna will vacate the September 19 sentencing date.

The leak shows a conversation between staff members as they discuss banning the popular conservative account Libs of TikTok.
Libs of TikTok posts content that highlights liberal hypocrisy and mocks woke lunacy.
The account is run by Chaya Raichik, who had previously remained anonymous until she was recently doxxed by far-left blogger Taylor Lorenz’s hit piece in The Washington Post.
The internal discussion about banning Libs of TikTok was leaked to Raichik by an anonymous Twitter employee, who took screenshots of the messages.

The comments appear to be a reference to the ongoing issue of censorship being exposed by Elon Musk during his purchase of the social media giant.
Twitter’s soon-to-be new owner Musk even chimed in on the conversation, asking the company, “Why?”
One employee says, “How dare you bring up fiduciary duties while trans people are literally being wiped off the face of the earth!”
The statement follows the far-left narrative of believing that any criticism or talk that does not explicitly support the transgender agenda is considered violent and inappropriate.
The small group accuses the account in question of “inciting violence” against “marginalized” people, which is a reference to the account’s efforts to expose the recent trend of drag queen shows for kids being hosted by schools and other publicly funded venues.
In the thread, the employees note that the public opinion of Twitter includes the idea that they are “irredeemably biased against conservatives.”
The employees say that they “despise” the activity on the social platform.
They claim it “empowers white supremacists” and causes “harmful physical and emotional violence” toward members of the LGBTQ community.
The Libs of TikTok account has been the target of several critical attacks from Twitter, The Washington Post, and other tech platforms in recent months.
Those who opposed their message went on a mission to expose the Libs of TikTok owner in the hopes of intimidating her into silence.
It culminated with the account’s ower being doxxed by Taylor Lorenz at the Washington Post.
Instagram got on the censorship wagon as well.
The Facebook (META)-owned platform “mistakenly” disabled and reinstated the account after realizing their “error.”
Linktree suspended their account as well.

Biden was warned it was reckless to give out free money and that it would backfire on America and cause inflation. He was also warned it would backfire politically because the money would run out right before the midterms making people blame Biden and the Dems for their reversal of fortunes.

(Slay News) – MSNBC host Joe Scarborough has compared efforts to ban guns to the abolition of slavery.
On his show “Morning Joe” on Monday, Scarborough said that the slow-moving effort to ban firearms with ever-increasing gun control is like the process that led to the end of slavery.
He said that the latest efforts by Democrats to pass gun control measures are “slow progress” that will presumably lead to the Left’s eventual goal of outlawing firearms altogether.
“It is progress,” Scarborough said of the gun legislation agreements reached in the Senate.
“Slow progress but progress,” he continued.
“I’m sure you know … Abraham Lincoln was often criticized for moving too slowly toward ending slavery.
“Abolitionists like Frederick Douglass noted the view from the genuine abolition ground, Mr. Lincoln seemed tardy, cold, dull and indifferent.”
A bipartisan group of senators has announced a framework for gun legislation.
The move comes in the wake of a mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, that killed 19 children and two teachers, as well as shootings in Buffalo and Tulsa.
The framework would incentivize states to enact so-called “red flag” laws, enhance background checks for those under 21, add more funding for school security and mental health and crack down on “straw purchases,” according to Democratic Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut.
In a statement, a spokesman for the National Shooting Sports Foundation blasted Scarborough over his comments.
“Mr. Scarborough ignores the fact that some of the first gun control laws introduced in this country were laws designed to disenfranchise black Americans of their Constitutional right to keep and bear arms,” Mark Oliva said.
“Mr. Scarborough ignores the fact that African Americans are among the fastest-growing demographic group of lawful gun buyers, with a 58 percent increase of African Americans taking ownership of their Second Amendment rights in 2020.”
(Slay News) – Disgraced CNN star Michael Avenatti has finally come clean and admitted what a piece of garbage he really is. Avenatti plead guilty to the case most don’t know about but that could put him in prison for the rest of his life.
Avenatti, 51, is already serving five years in prison for two other cases. He was convicted of fraud and identity theft for stealing $300,000 from Stormy Daniels. He was also convicted of trying to extort $25 million from Nike Inc.
But the California case he just took a guilty plea in is the big one and it always has been the big one because Avenatti stole his client’s money. He faces more than 300 years in prison on 36 criminal charges in this California case according to Reuters.
The charges include stealing millions of dollars from clients, lying to the Internal Revenue Service and a bankruptcy court, and defrauding a bank.

Avenatti has been trying to make a deal before he loses in court but prosecutors aren’t biting which means he is going to spend a considerable amount of time locked up.
Judges take it personally when someone damages the legal profession and nothing is worse than stealing from your clients.
“Defendant has been unable to reach a plea agreement with the government,” Avenatti’s attorneys wrote.
“Mr. Avenatti wishes to plea in order to be accountable; accept responsibility;
“Avoid his former clients being further burdened;
“Save the court and the government significant resources;
“And save his family from further embarrassment,” the court filing said.

In 2019, Avenatti was indicted on multiple charges of defrauding his clients. According to the indictment, beginning in 2015, Avenatti executed a scheme to defraud five clients, one of whom was a paraplegic from whom Avenatti allegedly withheld a settlement payment of $4 million.
After Avenatti negotiated settlements for the clients that required payment to go to them, he would lie to the clients about the terms of the settlements, instead depositing the funds into attorney trust accounts he controlled, the indictment says.
He would then embezzle and misappropriate those funds, according to the indictment, and to prevent discovery of his scheme, he would tell clients the settlement proceeds hadn’t yet been paid, among other tactics.
Avenatti is currently serving a five-year prison sentence for the Daniels’ theft and for attempting to extort millions of dollars from Nike by threatening to go public with negative information unless he was paid.
(Slay News) – Republican Florida Senator Rick Scott called on President Joe Biden to resign in a television ad where the GOP Senator accused Biden of destroying America’s economy. Scott and Biden have been going back and forth over Scott’s “Rescue America” plan.
Scott says in the ad: “Joe Biden has destroyed America’s economy. It’s time to be honest with the American people. Joe Biden is unfit for office and should resign.”
He said on social media: “@JoeBiden’s outright war on American energy & socialist Green New Deal policies has caused gas prices to surge at ANOTHER record-high at $5.014. This was his plan all along.
“Biden couldn’t care less that you’re struggling and American families have had ENOUGH.”

In a video accompanying “new additions and updates” as part of a “Rescue America 2.0,” Scott quotes Conor McGregor while signaling defiance to critics of the proposal.
“President (Joe) Biden, Chuck Schumer, and even some Republicans are angry,” Scott said. “So, in the words of famous UFC fighter Conor McGregor, I’d like to apologize to absolutely nobody in Washington.”
The “apologize to absolutely nobody” quote was borrowed from a post-fight interview from the then-ascendant McGregor years ago, in which the Irish fighter stunted on his opposition.
People on fixed incomes are getting hit hardest by Biden’s failed policies.

A subset of that data, called the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers, or CPI-W, that is used to calculate the Social Security cost-of-living adjustment each year, climbed 9.3% over the last 12 months.
As a result, the COLA for 2023 could be 8.6%, according to a new estimate from The Senior Citizens League, a nonpartisan senior group. That is unchanged from the group’s forecast last month.
The Social Security Administration’s chief actuary, Stephen Goss, said recently that next year’s COLA could be “closer to 8%,” more than twice the 3.8% estimate in the agency’s annual trustees report, which was based on data through mid-February.
Much of whether a record high increase will be implemented next year depends on how inflation fares in the coming months.
