Video: Biden Tries Telling BLATANT Lie During Interview

President Joe Biden is endeavoring to portray himself as a more truthful individual compared to his predecessor.

In an interview with Univision Radio, Biden said, “I want to make it clear to you that, first of all, I tell you the truth and I’m not being facetious when I say that.”

“I’ve never been fact checked by you or the press,” he claimed.

Biden seemed to be alluding to the extensive fact-checking of former President Donald Trump during his presidency.

The Washington Post reported that it had documented “30,573 falsehoods” throughout Trump’s time in office.

Nonetheless, Biden’s assertion that he has not been subjected to fact-checking is inaccurate. In the past year, CNN called him out for falsely stating that he was present at Ground Zero in Manhattan the day after the 9/11 attacks.

Moreover, in 2020, he falsely claimed he was arrested while attempting to visit Nelson Mandela, a statement that The Washington Post deemed as untrue. He has also faced fact-checking for inaccurate statements regarding the time and place of his grandfather’s death, as well as for falsely claiming to have witnessed a bridge collapse in Pittsburgh.

Furthermore, he has repeatedly shared a discredited anecdote involving an Amtrak employee who had passed away before the alleged incident occurred.
