President Joe Biden’s actions are not doing enough to dispel the perception that he lacks the cognitive abilities required for his position.
During a speech on Friday regarding the passing of Russian opposition figure Alexei Navalny, Biden criticized former President Donald Trump for allegedly stating that he would support Russia in taking any actions if NATO allies failed to meet their financial obligations.
Following this statement, there was a pause of approximately 10 seconds as Biden appeared to struggle to articulate his thoughts.
“I guess I should clear my mind here a little bit and not say what I’m really thinking,” Biden added.
