Vice President Kamala Harris is directing her attention towards a startling report presented by Special Counsel Robert Hur regarding President Joe Biden.
A reporter asked, “As a former prosecutor, do you think the special counsel’s report is fair?”
“I’m glad you asked,” Harris responded.
She continued, “Listen, I have been privileged and proud to serve as Vice President of the United States with Joe Biden as President of United States. And what I saw of that report last night, I believe, is, as a former prosecutor, the comments that were made by that prosecutor: gratuitous, inaccurate and inappropriate.”
She then mentioned how Biden reacted after learning the news of the Oct. 7 attack in Israel as he “coordinating and directing leaders who are in charge of America’s national security, not to mention our allies around the globe. For days and up until now, months.”
“So the way that the president’s demeanor in that report was characterized could not be more wrong on the facts and clearly politically motivated! Gratuitous!” Harris insisted
She added, “And so I will say that when it comes to the role and responsibility of a prosecutor in a situation like that, we should expect that there would be a higher level of integrity than what we saw.”

Hur released a report on his investigation into Biden’s management of classified documents on Thursday.
He refused to ask for charges against Joe Biden, even though investigators “uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.”
One portion of the report described Biden as “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
Investigators also believed, “Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt.
“It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness,” the report added.
Hur’s report also claimed Biden “did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died.”
