Meet the 8 Republicans Who Just Betrayed America

An attempt to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas faced opposition from eight Republican members, marking a disappointing moment for the GOP.

Those Republicans who voted against Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s resolution include Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO), Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA), Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-NC), Rep. John Duarte (R-CA), Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC), Rep. Cliff Bentz (R-OR), and Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH).

The failure to proceed with the impeachment drew criticism, with one House source expressing frustration, stating, “Impeachment of Mayorkas is literally the lowest hanging fruit, and we are messing it up. Some of these people want to have endless hearings and do nothing. I can’t see how [we] can’t deliver one damn win,” as reported by Fox News Channel’s Bill Melugin.

Despite House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) endorsing Greene’s move, emphasizing that voting to impeach Mayorkas is a step toward controlling the border, some Republicans, like Rep. John Duarte (R-Calif.), expressed disinterest in what he termed “peripheral impeachments.” Duarte indicated that decisions on impeachment should be left to Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) and the Judiciary Committee, and he suggested any focus on impeachment should be directed toward President Biden.

The outcome has led to criticism of the Republican Party, with accusations that it has implicitly endorsed the Biden Administration’s open borders policy, contributing to a perception of a lack of action by the party.

The Republican Party has just endorsed the Biden Administration’s open borders policy. What a shameful day, America. What a shameful day.

Breaking: Feds to Make High-Profile ‘Client List’ PUBLIC

(SNews) – Federal prosecutors are planning to make the “client list” of a high-profile trafficking ring public following a major bust this week.

As Slay News reported earlier this week, pharmaceutical executives, professors, doctors, and government officials were busted by authorities during an operation targetting a high-profile sex trafficking ring.

Acting U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts Joshua Levy announced the results of the operation and detailed the elite clients involved in this network.

“They are doctors, they are lawyers, they’re accountants, they are executives at high-tech companies, pharmaceutical companies, they’re military officers, government contractors, professors, scientists,” Levy revealed during a press conference.

“Pick a profession, they’re probably represented in this case.”

This commercial sex ring was built on secrecy and exclusivity, catering to wealthy and well-connected clientele,” Levy said in a news conference in Boston.

The three arrested were named as 30-year-old Junmyung Lee of Dedham, 41-year-old Han Lee of Cambridge, and 68-year-old James Lee of Torrance, California.

All three are charged with conspiracy to coerce and entice to travel to engage in illegal sex activity.

Investigators said clients had to fill out a form with their name, work information, email address, phone number, and a reference before they could book appointments.

Customers were then given a “menu” of options by the traffickers.

“Business is booming, until today,” Levy told reporters, adding that the investigation is far from over.

WATCH:

Despite the arrests of the ring leaders, however, Levy didn’t reveal any further information about the clients.

However, reports are now emerging to suggest that the high-profile client list from the sex trafficking ring is about to be made public by prosecutors.

Many of their names are now in the hands of the Justice Department, the Washington Times is reporting.

“Prosecutors love to go after high-level folks because they can make a name for themselves,” former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani told the outlet.

Special Agent Zachary Mitlitsky, the lead investigator, said he believes there are potentially hundreds of “yet to be identified” customers from different professions.

He made a point of explaining why the Justice Department has not named any of the men — yet.

“I do not do this for purposes of maintaining their anonymity, but instead do so because our investigation into their involvement in prostitution is active and ongoing,” Mitlitsky said.

Criminal justice experts say it’s likely federal prosecutors are working on plea agreements in exchange for cooperation from those they have identified as the trafficking ring’s clients.

Additionally, investigative reporter Paul Sperry has revealed:

“Investigators suspect prostitution ring may have been part of Chinese espionage plot targeting high-tech government contracting centers like Cambridge and Tysons Corner.”

The Justice Department has confirmed that the investigation is “active and ongoing.”

During an appearance on Fox News’s “Hannity,” Gingrich said he commends the House of Representative’s investigations into Hunter Biden.

Gingrich said the work of the House committee will finally expose Biden and his family’s shady foreign dealings.

He then warned that the investigations will expose to all Americans that President Biden has been “fatally corrupted” by “our deepest enemies in the world.”

Just In: Rising GOP Star Breaks Silence On Ron DeSantis

(SNews) – Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has said that he believes Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is being “exploited” and was “dragged” into his 2024 campaign.

Ramaswamy gave his opinion on fellow GOP contender and Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and his 2024 campaign on Friday.

Ramaswamy claimed on the “PBD Podcast” that even though DeSantis had “mega amounts of money” backing him, he couldn’t gain momentum in the GOP primary, causing donors to label him a “lost cause” and leaving them in search of another candidate to support — such as former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley.

Ramaswamy also said that he thinks DeSantis did not want to run for president, but was pushed into it.

“I actually think he was a good governor,” Ramaswamy said.

“I think he’s a good dude.

“He’s been exploited,” Ramaswamy continued.

“I think that’s actually what’s happened here is, this man would have just continued being the governor of this state, and probably done a pretty good job of it.”

Patrick Bet-David, the podcast’s host, asked Ramaswamy if he believed DeSantis actually wanted to run for president.

Ramaswamy said that he doesn’t believe DeSantis actually wanted it.

“I don’t think he wanted to,” Ramaswamy said.

He clarifies that this is only his opinion before continuing.

Ramaswamy claimed DeSantis was “dragged into” running for president.

He described the situation as a “sort of abuse of a guy who wasn’t wired for this.”

WATCH:

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump holds an overwhelming lead in the GOP primary polls.

Trump is currently sitting at 56.6%, according to FiveThirtyEight.

DeSantis is currently polling second at 14.1%.

DeSantis has struggled to cut into Trump’s lead, however.

The governor has seen his polling position stagnate.

Breaking: Elon Musk Issues Direct Warning To Ukraine

(SNews) – Twitter/X boss Elon Musk has warned Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to stop sending his young citizens to die in an endless globalist war with Russia.

During an interview with American podcaster Lex Fridman, Musk warned Zelensky that “history will not look too kindly” on leaders who send their “youth to die in the trenches.”

Musk’s comments come amid Ukraine’s faltering counteroffensive.

Moscow claims Ukraine’s counteroffensive has already left tens of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers dead.

In the interview published on Friday, Musk was asked whether he believes Zelensky should negotiate peace with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Musk did not provide a straight answer, however.

Instead, he noted that he would “just recommend [that Zelensky] do not send the flower of Ukrainian youth to die in trenches,” regardless of whether he engages with Putin or not.

“Whoever goes on the offensive will lose massive numbers of people and history will not look kindly upon them,” he added.

The Tesla CEO has weighed in on the hostilities between Moscow and Kyiv on numerous occasions.

In September, he asserted that the Ukrainian counteroffensive, that began in early summer, had brought “so much death for so little [gain].”

Musk previously floated a peace plan suggesting that Ukraine should recognize Crimea as part of Russia.

He added that the four former Ukrainian territories that overwhelmingly voted to join Russia in referendums last autumn should redo the votes under UN supervision.

The idea, however, sparked a backlash in Ukraine.

Andrey Melnik, the country’s then-ambassador to Germany, told Musk to “f**k off.”

Moscow has repeatedly said it is open to talks with Ukraine.

Last autumn, however, Zelensky signed a decree banning all negotiations with Russia as long as Putin remains in power.

He reaffirmed this stance earlier this month, again ruling out any concessions to Moscow.

Ukraine’s counteroffensive has been underway since early June but has failed to gain any significant ground.

Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has estimated Kyiv’s losses at more than 90,000 troops.

Russia points to deteriorating morale in the Ukrainian military.

Ukrainian officials, including Zelensky, have admitted serious difficulties with the campaign.

They are blaming the issues on delays in Western assistance, formidable Russian defenses, and Moscow’s air superiority.

Earlier this month, Ukraine’s top military commander, General Valery Zaluzhny, acknowledged that Kyiv’s troops were unlikely to achieve a “deep and beautiful breakthrough” unless they gained a technological edge over Russia.

Video: Mob Shuts DOWN Grand Central Terminal

Grand Central Terminal has been shut down after thousands of pro-Hamas demonstrators wearing headscarves stormed the history building. Elsewhere, violent demonstrators clashed with Jews in Times Square and Columbus Circle outside Central Park. An Israeli flag was set on fire and fake blood was thrown on the front doors of The New York Times.

Breaking: The U.N. Just Sided With Terrorism

(SNews) – The United Nations (UN) has adopted eight resolutions condemning Israel for its military response to the Hamas terrorist group’s October attacks against the Jewish state.

However, the unelected bureaucratic globalist organization is still refusing to condemn Hamas for its brutal October 7 terror attacks against Israel.

A UN watchdog has criticized the organization for passing multiple resolutions this week condemning Israel for various alleged human rights violations.

However, the UN is making no condemnation of Hamas or other groups or nations, despite a global rise in anti-Semitism.

Hillel Neuer, executive director of UN Watch, said in a press release that the UN’s position is “lopsided.”

Neuer also accused the UN of trying to “demonize the Jewish state.”

“The U.N.’s assault on Israel with a torrent of one-sided resolutions, just one month after the largest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, and on the 85th anniversary of Kristallnacht, is surreal,” Neuer said.

“The only purpose of these eight lopsided condemnations is to demonize the Jewish state.

“The world should not be deceived that these annual resolutions advance the cause of peace or human rights in any way.”

The UN’s Second Committee, which focuses on Economic and Financial issues, announced the passage of three such resolutions.

The resolutions include one demanding that Israel cease the “exploitation, damage, cause of loss or depletion and endangerment” in the Golan Heights region of Syria.

Syria drafted and co-sponsored the resolutions, which passed with a vote of 151 in favor to six against.

Only Canada, Israel, the Federated States of Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, and the United States opposed the measure.

11 members abstained from voting.

“These are Arab lands,” the representative of Syria said after the vote.

“They will return to their original legitimate owners sooner or later.”

An Amnesty International report for 2022/23 on human rights abuses and violations around the world noted that “economic and social conditions deteriorated” in Syria even as active hostilities have decreased, with parties committing “gross” human rights abuses “with impunity,” including “war crimes.”

Neuer called the Syrian-backed resolution “obscene,” adding that it is “astonishing” that the UN would support a call for “more people to be handed over” to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s regime, which has killed “half a million of its own people.”

“The text is morally galling and logically absurd,” Neuer said in a strong rebuke of the UN.

He continued by noting that Assad’s forces have killed “more than 3,000 Palestinians” in its conflicts.

“Today’s farce at the General Assembly underscores a simple fact: the UN’s automatic majority has no interest in truly helping Palestinians, nor in protecting anyone’s human rights; the goal of these ritual, one-sided condemnations is to scapegoat Israel,” said Neuer.

Anne Bayefsky, director of the Institute on Human Rights and the Holocaust at Touro University, accused the UN of advancing Hamas’ interests by targeting Israel with these resolutions.

Instead, the UN is shifting the blame for the current conflict onto Israel, Bayefsky said.

Bayefsky accused these resolutions of advancing “blood libel,” which refers to false accusations of Jews inciting violence to justify antisemitic responses.

“The statements across the board from the UN’s highest officers and so-called ‘human rights’ experts have specific characteristics,” Bayefsky alleged.

“They issue slanderous, unverified blood libels; they blame Israel for the genocide against Jews; they exhibit an obscene moral equivalence between a terrorist organization and a democratic state seeking to defend itself; and, most significantly, they deny the Jewish state the UN Charter right of self-defense.”

“The degree of disconnect between the UN and human decency is perhaps best exemplified by the repeated call for ‘both sides’ or ‘all parties’ to adhere to International law, when one party – Hamas – exists to violate international law, and the other side is doing everything possible to adhere to international law despite all the obstacles placed in their way by Palestinian terrorists themselves,” she added.

Breaking: Top Democrat QUITS

(SNews) – Democrat Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) has announced that he won’t be seeking re-election to the U.S. Senate in 2024.

Sen. Manchin made the announcement in a video posted to Twitter/X on Thursday.

In the caption of the video, Manchin said:

“To the West Virginians who have put their trust in me and fought side by side to make our state better – it has been an honor of my life to serve you. Thank you.”

WATCH:

Manchin released a shock video statement on Thursday saying he wants to “fight to unite the middle.”

He also slammed the “growing divide” between the two main parties.

The 76-year-old lawmaker said most Americans “are just plain worn out” with Washington D.C.

He said that he is now focusing on finding “common ground.”

“I know our country is not as divided as Washington wants us to believe,” he said.

He continued by blasting problems with the economy, the border, and “paralyzing” politics.

Manchin has been widely touted as a potential presidential candidate for No Labels, a third-party moderate group aiming to find the middle ground.

The senator has been a thorn in the side of Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration.

He has frequently voted with Republicans on Democratic-led bills.

In the clip posted on Thursday, he said he now plans to travel across the U.S. to speak to voters frustrated with the government.

“After months of deliberation and long conversations with my family, I believe in my heart of hearts that I have accomplished what I set out to do for West Virginia,” he said.

“I have made one of the toughest decisions of my life and decided that I will not be running for re-election to the United States Senate, but what I will be doing is traveling the country and speaking out to see if there is an interest in creating a movement to mobilize the middle and bring Americans together.

“Our economy is not working for many Americans, from the rising cost of food and fuel and everything in between,” he said.

“We have a border crisis with illegal drugs entering our country and killing Americans every day.

“Our national debt is out of control and Americans don’t feel safe even in their own communities.”

“I know our country isn’t as divided as Washington wants us to believe,” he added.

“We share common values of family, freedom, democracy, dignity, and a belief that together we can overcome any challenge.

“We need to take back America and not let this divisive hatred further pull us apart.”

Video: Thousands of Far-Left Rioters Storm NYT Building

Thousands of pro-Hamas demonstrators flooded Times Square and the Garment District in New York City tonight. They also stormed The New York Times building on 8th Avenue — causing significant damage. Several police cars were heavily damaged as well.

U.N. Tries To Throw Israel Under The Bus

(SNews) – The head of the United Nations, Secretary-General António Guterres, has blasted Israel’s military operations while citing data provided by Hamas terrorists.

Guterres condemned Israel’s offensive in Gaza as “clearly wrong” on Wednesday, citing Hamas-provided civilian death tolls.

Guterres made the comments in an interview with Reuters.

The UN chief argues that Israel is doing itself no favors concerning “global public opinion.”

Israel has rejected international calls for a “ceasefire” and vowed to destroy Hamas in Gaza.

“There are violations by Hamas when they have human shields,” Guterres said.

“But when one looks at the number of civilians that were killed with the military operations, there is something that is clearly wrong.

“It is also important to make Israel understand that it is against the interests of Israel to see every day the terrible image of the dramatic humanitarian needs of the Palestinian people,” Guterres said.

“That doesn’t help Israel in relation to the global public opinion.”

Guterres didn’t provide any other evidence to support the claimed death tolls provided by the terrorist group, however.

The Hamas-led health ministry in Gaza has claimed more than 10,000 people have been killed by the Israeli offensive, 40% of them children.

Those figures cannot be independently verified, however.

Also, Hamas does not distinguish between civilians and terrorist fighters.

Guterres told Reuters the thousands of children said to be killed in Gaza is greater than the highest number of killings of children by state actors in conflicts around the world reported annually to the U.N. Security Council.

“We have in a few days in Gaza thousands and thousands of children killed, which means there is also something clearly wrong in the way military operations are being done,” he said, describing the situation in Gaza as a “catastrophic humanitarian crisis.”

Again, Guterres provided no other supporting evidence.

On Wednesday Israel denied that there is a humanitarian crisis within Gaza, despite reports from Hamas claiming otherwise.

The United Nations has been working to increase humanitarian aid deliveries to Gaza.

Guterres said that in the past 18 days, only 630 trucks had been able to enter via the Rafah border crossing from Egypt.

The UN also wants to be able to use the Kerem Shalom border crossing, controlled by Israel.

“We are in intense negotiations with Israel, with U.S., with Egypt, in order to make sure that we have an effective humanitarian aid to Gaza,” Guterres said.

“Until now it has been too little, too late.”
